Talk to Psychiatry on Depression

My brother 33 years old unmarried mba from uk and was doing job in nhs.. four yrs back he came back to pakistan and since not interested in job.. family and friends have been pressurizing him for job but useless and in turn hes adamant that he will not do job at any cost and for the sake of anyone.. he fights with every one and then he keeps thinking k people have heard him fighting and keeps peaking out from doors and windows to see if there was anyone outside when he was figjting.. he all the time keeps hiding his and all family members documents and personal belongings with name and adresses.. if he sees any sim which is no longer in use he will break it into peices documents with name and address he tear them and burn.. deactivated his fb and all other accounts he has even moved to a room in top floor where it is so hot and no ac he hardly eats anything or goes out hes awake all night and sleeps during the day he only drinks tea .. im really worried we tried to take him to dr/ psyc
