Assalam o Alaikum, I have been noticing that i generally get this jerk in my body for less than 10 seconds which is not in my control, I get it almost everywhere and anytime which is embarrassing in itself because people tend to question what's happening and i am not sure what it is. Is it because of Anxiety? How can i control it?
