Talk to Psychiatry on Anxiety & ENT Issues

My brother is suffering from Anxiety , he can't sleep properly, he can't handle small discussion , he can't handle light noise by kids. it all started when our home owner told us to leave house and shift some where else as he needed the house , we took on rent. at the time of Covid-19 its really painful for us to do shifting and my brother got this condition just after shifting.

he visited medical officer she said i can't understand . then visited ENT, now my brother is taking anxiety tablet along with some ENT medications, situation is a little bit improved but i think doctor is not relevant to Anxiety problem, he is more focused on ENT issues and now suggesting a minor operation for nose block.

please help and suggest what relevant specialist he should visit to get diagnosed and treated properly. JazakAllah
