Talk to Psychiatry on Anger

hello Doc, I have an issue of uncontrollable anger from the last few years. any word can trigger me any time, its unpredictable. I'm very upset about this issue. I couldn't stop arguing even if I want to and afterward, I'm left with an embarrassment. I'm a working woman, sometimes it gets very difficult for me to control myself at the workplace and when I do it leaves me in a constant bad mood for days. please suggest me something about my situation.
