Asking for Mother, Female, 53 years old, Bahawlnagar
My mother got burnt while making tea. The areas affected include her face as well. She cannot travel in this condition and I am really worried about her skin. We live far away from Lahore and we do not have a good dermatologist available here. So can I please contact some skin specialist via whatsapp and ask him/her what medicines/cream my mother can use. I am ready to pay advance fee. Thanks

I work in Peshawar and am not sure if you would like to travel this far. I cannot give you any advice on your mother’s condition Unless I examine her in order to prescribe appropriate treatment. Your best option is to go to the nearest plastic surgeon. Burns treatment does not come under the domain of a dermatologist. It’s a surgical problem.
Treatment is based on extent of burnt skin , kindly send your mother's pics so that i can advise you something..
