Talk to Physiotherapist on Slap Tear In Shoulder
Asking for Self, Male, 23 years old, Karachi
I've visited to many doctors, Physiotherapist, orthopedic surgeon & etc but anyone could not find actual problem in shoulder, I fed up and started search on google eventually I guess I've slap in my shoulder it's been one year, so now what I should do? as I've visited all these doctors no one could find, please tell me how it will diagnose and from where, which is the best place in Karachi?

Arthroscopic repair. If it's a complete tear. MRI will confirm it. If Physiotherapy is not helping. U can change ur physio if ones plan is not working. Surgical repair is the last option

Its a muscle or ligament tear of shoulder joint which can be differentiated by MRI or through special physiotherapy tests that can be performed by a physiotherapist. The level of tear will determine about the severity of the tear. Level 1 and 2 can be managed by physiotherapy. But level 3 can only be treatment with surgery. You told about slap tear may be it is not the problem of yours. You can visit me at clinic from 11:00am to 6:00 pm. I will confirm and treat your issue after consultation.

I really don’t know abhout Karachi.
You should never self diagnose any problem through internet etc...Get appointment and Plz Send following to get better diagnosis. I have better links with Orthopedic department at one of the best hospital in Lahore will refer if you will need any surgery ( Doctors hospital-->I have personally worked with the team ). if your problem could be dealt by physiotherapy only then i will suggest you exercise plan In Sha Allah.

3-Your shoulders/ upper body n neck picture and a short video of both shoulders defining your movement problem you have
4- Send prescriptions of your previous treatments you have taken until now.
