hello guys my age is 23 , male, my body shape is not in perfect shape, my body is soft and faty, with increased breast tissue, and belly fat, and low muscle mass , only fat, no mass on shoulders, poor overall strength , less energetic, always feel tired and lazzy, poor growth of body, less hair on body, plz diagnose problem with, i am so worried about this, and my confidence level is also low, what should I do, which specialist i should consultant plz help !!

intially try to make routine proper. wake up early in the morning drink water then go for walk and join fitness club , use in ur diet dry rice,beam, meat, avoid the soft drinks spicy food.take daily basis bath and along with sub bath with limited duration, keep your brain relax after meal avoid drinking water remembered .at last try to join outdoor games football etc . from Quetta balochistan
