Dear dr sahib i can visit u in muhammad hospital... I ll get MRI REPORT and today my appointment is orthopedic... But for sure i visted a physiotherapy he pussed my neck badly after that my neck back pain started i have disc bulge neck too

Its better to consult your near by doctor he will give you treatment according to symptoms u r experiencing.
For now you should use hot pack at your back and some stretching exercises.
