Okay then lets start with the basics, use a small ball and press that ball with your hand , each with 10 secs hold . Then to begin with writing, first try to make a circle.. and practice it .. afterwards you’ll feel that you can easily draw then try drawing another shape. Along with it i am attaching a picture, kindly follow these movements with 10 sec hold. If still you find difficulty then kindly visit a physiotherapist in person so that if any manual work is required they can do it .
