I have been suffering from sciatica for last 8 months. 1st it was in lower back but now only right leg has problem. I can walk a few steps then it start hurting and I can't walk. Any suggestions?

Well your treatment depends upon the underlying cause of pain.
It might be due to sacroiliatis or degenrative disc disease. So we need to do the asess first.

Sciatica really makes ADLs(Activities Of Daily Living) difficult. Your MRI can diagnose the actual cause of this pinched nerve. Sometimes, a muscle name "Piriformis" causes this problem.
Stretching this muscle makes you feel better.

You should consult a physical therapist for better evaluation.
