My mother\'s is disabled till 6 years and his joint hasbeen jam i want physiotherapy and if any think batter at home because she cannot walk or travel

Hi dear. Your mother might have got osteoarthritic changes in Joints that is Basically a degenerative process in cartilage of joint causing pain and loss of Range of motions in joints. Osteoarthritis is more common in old age and female gender . Confirmation can be done with the help of X-rays of joint especially Knee joint . If confirmed the patient can be given Physiotherapy in following sequence : 1. Heating pad applied for 10 minutes  2. Passive and Active Range Of motion of affected joint especially knee joint 3. Strengthening exercises of affected joint 4. Use of assistive devices (crutches or walker ) Thanks
