it's muscular pain after some medicine she will completely fine don't you worry and book appointment with detail symptoms
salam.there might be trauma,might be any disease of joint.needs full history ,examination and investigation x ray etc.
A flat foot deformity can cause such pain. A picture of each foot taken while standing and from inner side would be helpful in giving an opinion. It is also important to rule out whether she has laxity of other joints, as well, such as ability to have her thumbs touch the forearms, over-extendable fingers, elbows and knees etc. In that case examination of other systems like heart would also be needed.
