Infection

My son is two years and he had infection,5 days back with fever,now course are still going on and again he caught fever yesterday,dr said infection is not there ....and advice one more antibiotic zetro,with cespan....am really tense...

My son has chest infection since 5 days giving cespan after 5 days he caught fever again....what to do...dr said infection is no more...and giving other antibiotic zetro with cespan due to fever.
