nothing to worry about...it's physiological jaundice ..will start decreasing onward...keep eye on baby ,if yellow discoloration increases then repeat labs tomorrow..also put baby in dim sunlight during rise and fall ..

Nothing to worry for this its physiological jaundice almost every baby have.
Breast feeding and sunbathing twice a day in morning before 7.30 and evening after 5.30pm for 15 to 20 mins....
will settle in couple of days..
no treatment and no dietary precautions for mother as well...
