My son is 4.5 month old and he is healthy n active baby, he is on breastfeed and after discussion woth dr i gave him rice cerelac, today in the morning i saw alot of black worms in his diaper, normally he poop 2 times a day but today he poop 5 times a day. In 2nd diaper i also saw some more black worms and afyer that no worms in any poop, i am realy worried should i need to go to dr or its normal.

People at home should also take antiparasitic medications...
