Talk to Pediatrician on Whooping Cough

My daughter has a cough. I have also given taxless syrup and augmenton but it didn't make any difference. Please tell me what to do. 03172662732 WhatsApp
It is unlikely for your infant to have Whooping Cough if she has received all her baby shots (vaccines). Cough syrups are not recommended below 6 years of age. If it is definitely Whooping Cough Erythromycin instead of Augmentin is helpful if given early in the disease. Whooping Cough can spread to other susceptible children therefore the infant should be isolated.
