Talk to Pediatrician on Vomitting At Night

my son age of 4.5 year with no other problem wakeup at night and start vomitting no tummy ache no fever no motions just minor constipation and one thing more he don't eat his food properly now getting weak day by day we shift here in quetta a month ago. kindly help a mother.

Avoid junks foods of markets. Add different tastes in food as children needs lill bit spicy foods. For vomitting give syp. Polypep ½ tsf morning n ½ tsf at night. Apetizer syps doesnt help to ue son
