My son is 9.5 months old. He was on BF2. We changed his milk to cow milk a day before yesterday. From yesterday he took only 1 feeder of bf2 and all remaining bottles of cow milk. His today food is some watermelon. Yougurt and cow milk. But asar prayer he started vomiting. He vomit about 5 days without having any food. I gave him motilium but he vomited again. I took him to doc and he gave cerecaf and domel syrup and nimkol. After 1 hpur of taking medicine he vomited again. Please advise me in this situation what to do
If the baby is unable to retain anything in, take him to the nearest hospital and get IV anti emetic injectable. You should continue ORS/ nimkol. Give a spoon at a time and do it frequently. The other medication should also be continued as advised.
Give him small frequently low osmolar ORS
