Talk to Pediatrician on Vomiting And Stomach Pain

Assalam O Alaikum. My daughter is 4 years old. She is having a problem of vomitings/stomach pain or try to Vomit while passing stool (for few days almost each month. I had visited 2 famous drs here and done few tests(urine stool blood) all reports were normal. today again she was trying to vomit but vomit was not coming, I am really worried what could be the reason of this problem. she is healthy (20kg) & here diet is good ( roti, salan, fruits, milk)
Kindly tell me about here condition and solution.
this is called cyclic vomiting . its good that she os not loosing wt . and having vomit while passing b/c of pressure she is applying . this usually settels itself after 5-6 yrs .
does she hv constipation.

Dr its not like she vomit everytime. she usually try to vomit but don't vomit, its kind of nausea.
