Talk to Pediatrician on Vomiting

I have travelled through saudia to Pakistan before 1.5 months. my kids were doing well but since evening my son 3 years old and daughter 2 years old both have started to vomit,non stop vomiting. all roads r covered with water due to rain. wasnt been able to take them hospital. given them medicine for vomit but still they can even take water. kindly suggest something urgent. I will try to take them hospital in morning as I was also avoiding to visit hospitals.if any doc available for home visit kindly let me know also. thanks

wht they ate last Night? vomiting is projectile or non projectile? associated any symptoms abdominal pain cramps motions or chest congestion cough?
syp ondansterone 1 spoon in case of vomiting, offer fluids after half hour of medication. start with little amount of liquids, you can also give soft diet including bananas
they need injection gravinate, half injection given intramuscularly and drip of normal saline or ringer's lactate.
if there is a nurse or doctor living nearby, they can give this injection
once vomiting stops, give them pedialyte 2-4 glasses daily for 1 or 2 days
