follow these few suggestions.
1. avoid milk
2. avoid dairy products
3. start yougurt and khichri
4. small amount of Low osmolar ORS
5. syrup Ondew/Onseron 2ml twice a day fir 3 to 4 days
6. Enterogermina 2B one ampule twice a day for 3 days
will be fine inshaAllah dint worry
It's look like food poisoning, take your child to hospital or nearest clinic to keep your child hydrated & proper management & treatment.
