My son 4 months old had vaccination yesterday at 1pm..he was having fever and i gave panadol syrup 2 times.. He was fine.. But today after sehri when i gave syrup he vomited after 1 hour and that had yogurt like consistency... Please guide is it worrisome? What should i do?

Give panadol 6 hrly for fever... It's normal unless baby stops taking feed...
