Baby girls can have some minor vaginal bleeding called false menses. It is because of hormones of the mother which pass to the baby through placenta and have stopped after birth. The bleeding lasts no more than 3 to 4 days. Just be sure that the baby received Vitamin K injection after birth.
do not worry. at this age most commonest cause is a self limiting disease. please report back in case if it persists for more than 2 weeks.
