Talk to Pediatrician on Uro Gynecology Issue In Young Girl

Assalamu alaikum my daughter age 10 years has urine infection. She's going to toilet for urination after every five minutes but can't urinate completely. Urine comes in drops with severe burning. Vaginal area has become red like rash... No fever yet.
