Hi, my 4 months babys urine is smelly and dark yellow in color. Theres no fever, baby is taking proper feed. Baby is on breast feed only. Also suddenly he has stopped pooping, after 3 4 days poops once that too in green color recently pooped mustard mucusy poop. Please help what can be done cant even go see a doctor in COVID

Kindly give to your child single dose of aloe Socotrina just 2 drops dilute in little water and give him twice a day. You too avoid spicy foods please keep yourself and him hydrated.
if baby is passing dark colored urine then major cause the improper feeding. he should take 10-12 feeds per 24 hours. and you can assess if mother feels emptiness of breast after each feed. should offer feed from both sides for at least 10 mins each side. and mother should take plenty of fluids
