Talk to Pediatrician on URGENT : Infant Wound

My baby turned just 6 months. she fell down from bed in my absence and apparently hit the floor from nose side or head (thanks to the carpet for less damage) as she was bleeding from nose when I came after hearing her cry. I didn't do any thing further except putting some cold water on face and nose. she is behaving perfectly alright, bleeding stopped,feeding normally but her nose and upper lips are swollen.May I use Iodex or any medicine Panadol etc. Pl help, Thanks in Advance
