Talk to Pediatrician on Underlying Infection

My baby boy who is four months old had an infection due to hand sucking and he doesnt want to drink milk. All he wants is to chew his hands. We are maintaining hygiene as much as we can. Apparently he seems fine but his stool has green colour from last a couple of days. Today again he passed stool which was sticky and had green and black colour. Pictures are attached. Pls let me know how to figure out if its normal or he has infection again. His intake has reduced to 7 8 ounces in 24 hours whjch js bothering us a lot where as earlier he was taking 20+ . What should we do ?

Start bio 21 three times a day inshaAllah he will be better and his dentation period is going to start. in dentation period every baby face the same issue so don't worry if he pass 4 to 6 stools in a day in dentation period.
But try to give ors he he is passing watery stool and if he pass more then 6 times in a day then take appointment through marham for proper treatment
