This swelling looks like an umbilical hernia. There is nothing to worry about, it will settle in a few months when muscles of the abdomen will strengthen. It’s not a emergency but when Covid situation resolves, consult a paeds surgeon. They will further guide you if this doesn’t settle in 5-6 months. They will then do a surgical repair.
