My twin babies are 21 days now.having dual feed unfortunately. Now we want to switch them to buffalo or cow milk as powdered milk is way too expensive. Which one is better for babies? Buffalo or cow milk ? What should be dilution? Sugar or anything needs to be added or not?
best thing is mother feed. then comes powder formula. last is cow milk. its better to start cow's milk after 1 year of age. try mother feed then powder formula. there are some cheap formula milk like lactogen 1
please avoid other milks
only mother feed
No cow's or buffalo's milk untill atleast 1 year of age,preferably 2 years. Your babies will be at high risk of getting malnourished if you do so.
Continue exclusive breast feeding if you can't afford formula milks.
