my baby is 6 weeks old after 40 days i tried meji 1 formula just 3 oz a day i just give her 1 time as she is exclusively on b/f but 5 days after she vomit whole milk i try another day but same she vomit again she is fine on my feed my question is this milk didnt suit she has flu also is this the reason of vomit? which formula milk is good plz advice
Your baby is smart.
She knows breast milk is the best milk.
If she is gaining weight on your feed ..no need to add top feed.
Check the expiry date on the can. Try reducing the amount of feed and make sure temperature of feed is warm enough.

thanku doctor, is blocked nose reason for vomit i always make sure the milk should be Luke warm and i put nasal drops also, my concern is i started top feed when she was 40 days old just gave her 3 oz a day she does not threw up at all but from last 2 to 3 days she is doing this now i stop given her
p.s yes she is gaining weight her birth weight was 2.6 now she gain 1.2 kg.

Her weight gain is good.
Also make sure that there is an interval of at least 2 to 3 hours between breastfeeding feeding and top feeding.
Overfeeding can also cause vomiting.
Nose block usually cause refusal to feed rather than vomiting.
