Assalamualaikum my 5 years old daughter is suffering from severe toothache since 2 days.now her right side of face is sweelling.i gave her sanid tablet twice but it didn't work.what should I do.she has tooth cavities also and week teeth

If the face is swollen, it is probably a tooth abcess. she needs to see a Dental surgeon immediately.
in the mean time give regular Calpol and Brufen syrup for pain relief. She probably will need antibiotics for the abcess, see the dental surgeon please
She has tooth achs and swelling most probably has infection. First complete course of these medicines then consult dental surgeon.
Syp. Duricef 250 mg twice a day for 7 days
Syp. Flagyl 1 spoon thrice a day for 7 days
Syp. Tercica 1 spoon thrice a day for 3 days
wslam, she has developed tooth abscess. give her 2 tsf of brufen or panadol for pain relief and consult a dentist
