Talk to Pediatrician on Tonsils Problem

my daughter has tonsils glands its been 2 to 3 months there no sign of fever or any other problem doctor give her antibiotics but she got vomit and motions after 1 dose then i stopped antibiotic her stomach never support any type of heavy medicine even her stomach doesnt support any iron or vitamin syrup she got motions please suggest which doctor should i consult
