Talk to Pediatrician on Tilted Angle Of One Eye

Aoa. My daughter is almost 5 years old. Last year we noticed that angle of her right eye ball moves outward. We get her checked by some eye specialist and he suggested glasses and healthy food fir her. She cannot wear glasses for long time and there is no improvement at all. I am so much worried. Kindly guide me what to do?
