Throat infection k sath fever and cough 2 din sa zyada time sa ha to same antibiotics 3 times a day same dose ma repeat karain for 7 days. 4 to 6 weeks k baad zarorat parnay par bacterial infection ki sorat ma antibiotics repeat karsaktay Han. Antibiotics directly use na kerein. Khali cough throat infection Ki indication nae. Agar baby ko taiz Bukhar hai, feeding problem hai, ziada cough hai.. to antibiotic di ja sakti hai. Phir bhe I’ll recommend k kisi paediatrician ko baby check kerwaein takay wo throat and chest ache se check kerein and zaroorat hui to antibiotic dein. HO sakta hai k cough agar hai to Wo allergic ho.
