Dear Doctor, meri 2 years ki beti ko 20th April ko Fit Para tha during 102 temperature, doctor told its a Febrile Seizure. After taking proper treatment of 2 weeks uska fever utra, blood mn b infection tha. She is again suffering from temperature from last two days for which I am giving Brufen and Panadol as prescribed, but fever kam nh ho raha. (Family History: her father had epileptic seizures till 12 years of his age). Kindly guide me what should I do, because ab wo urine b baar bar pass krny lagi hai.

As its case of febrile fits u should consult nearby doctor to get ur child evaluated for the source of fever
Meanwhile alternate brufen and panadol 5ml 4 hrly
Do spong8ng with tap water in case of higg grade fever
Two weeks treatment Mein konsi medicines li thin? Kya ab dubara fits bhe horahe hain? Fever kitna horaha hai?
