Baby has fever when he get up in morning at friday last fr 30 hours between 99.5 to 101.5 with no other issue like cough flue sorethroat r diarrhoea constipation.. just the issue apparent is his 3 canions r arising.. from yesterday he is fine n today again he is having lil sneezing issue n now at night he is crying unconsonsoulably n nt putting anything in his mouth.n bar bar lips pa hath mar rha jesa gums mai bhot pain ho rha given him calpol fr pain.wht to give him fr the gums pain.n from today morning he is moving his head to the left rapidly seems like un controlably his head moving to the left side is it a sign of worry he did it only today specially at night whn he was crying around 10 to 15 tyms he did it plz guide
