Dear Parent,
The runny nose could be allergic rhinitis as you have already mentioned he has allergies so it is a symptom of it. You need to take some precautions like avoide plants at or near your house, he must have no dust exposure like no mopping when he is at home, make sure no carpets or thick curtains at home, no one smoke near him, keep your house tidy with no cockroaches etc.
You can continue with above mentioned anti-allergics, but Myteka should be avoided for long term use.
For sudden weight gain and striae on his abdomen could be please check his medications as is there any steroids or he was previously taking steroids ? And your child need an evaluation for this better to see a Pediatrician it could be cushing syndrome which needs proper management.
