Talk to Pediatrician on Stool Infection

My 3 months old niece on mother feed had greeny bloody stool once 14 days back so the pediatrician recommended stool DR ( Reports attached). Since then the baby is passing green stool with mucus once in 3 days and once every day from the last 3 days. Her temperature is between 97 to 98.5. She is an active baby with a bodyweight of 5 kg. My query is there any need for medication or it will get better on its own. Thank you.
