Talk to Pediatrician on Stomach From Last 2 Weeks.

Assalam o Alaikum,! This query is about my six year old daughter. We came to Pakistan on 13th of July and after a week my daughter started complaining about stomach ache. She never had any constipation issue but here she experienced constipation for a day or two. Her pain is not severe though but now I am concerned. How to know it’s a normal pain or God forbids related to appendicitis? The pain is in stomach area and down the belly button. Any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks.

ws appears to be gastric pain. but it's better to get her checked physically

Dear Parent, it doesn't appears to be pain of appendicitis according to your description. just continue with soft diet and extra intake of water. Olive oil 5ml twice daily can be used as a natural laxative.

Yes the pain was due to constipation although she has no history of constipation or stomach related issues but due to atmospheric change and dietary change she might has developed it. Will introduce her to olive oil IA. JazakALLAH

you can get her ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done although pain doesnt appears to be related to appendicitis.for better evaluation you can book an appointment

Assalamoalikum dear looks like food related or altered bowel movement causing this gripping. Pluse only mineral water or boiled water. Avoid outdoor food. You may consult a paediatrician in bahria.
