My baby is almost 4.5 months old When can I start giving him water He has dry lips sometimes

what was birth weight and what is current weight?
it seems the child is taking much fluids and passing more urine.
can one see the patient clinically?
as if required then workup should be done to rule out tubulopathy. thanks
you can keep his lips wet with water but dont give anything except breastmilk until 6 months age
