If the baby is less than six month, then there are 3 options. 1. You perform a manoeuvre. Hold the baby’s head when the baby is lying down on her back. Sit or stand on head side and after holding the head turn it to right side and then left side shoulders. Look at the eye movements. Do eyeballs move to the extreme right and left positions or not. If they move then this is pseudo squint and will be corrected in next few months without any treatment. Otherwise Pediatric Opthalmologist will deal it. 2. You can send the pics of this manoeuvre for further assessment. 3. Come online and we can examine the baby’s eyes.
