Talk to Pediatrician on Speaking Issue Of My Daughter

Asalam o Alaikum, my daughter is 18 months,she is very active and she hears nicely and speak little bit like amee, aboo and go out and some half words but I am always training to teach her to speak but she don't speak plz tell me what can I do now. My friend daughter one months elder than my daughter but she speaks nicely, this thing always makes me worried about her. And my daughter was sick last year due to urine infection and fits in fever, is she have this sickness issue to speak or I need to consult with any doctor, plz advise me.
