Child hearing test report attached, 2 year age but can't speak a word although tries to speak. Mostly doesn't respond when called. Makes sounds but looks delayed in speech. He started standing, walking, teething late but we're doubtful of anything requiring treatment or therapy. Audiologist refers to speech language pathologist.
Go for neurological opinion. Exclude autism too

Sir no symptom of infection. Child is fully attentive to cartoons also no pain, fever or sleep problem.

Your child case needs detailed questioning and proper history.... Most probably this is the case of glue ear... I have to ask more questions before giving proper treatment... Thnks
