My 3 year old son have water filled pimples on his hand and foot from last 2 to 3 days....foot fingers also affected... what can I do...?

if child is well otherwise then apply Fucidin-H cream twice daily for a week
If no other symptoms like fever , oral ulcers then use Fudic Cream twice a day for 7 days
