Talk to Pediatrician on Skin Problem

A salaam i alaikum my 7 month old developed a rash in diaper area which was quiet different from ordinary diaper rash. I attach the pics of that area. It looks like tiny "daanay" Plz tell me what should i apply. I have applied kenakomb. n vaseline when i put on diaper,i keep him diaper free during day but has not treated. He developed it 5 days back.n the situation is same.
