My 9 months old baby is sitting from the age of 7.5 months. Now he is crawling and standing e support. but he always uses his hands for support while sitting because if he didn't he can't maintain balance n fall backwards. I'm also a Speech and Language Pathologist. Sometimes he can maintain balance while playing with his rattles etc on both hands bt sometimes he take support from one hand or both. What could be the reason. I'm really worried.
I need more details about his birth, he recognises people, sosial smile is there? Can he put things in mouth, can he pick small objects fingers? Apparently seems to be having mild motor delay. Better u do serum Vit D3 levels and let me know.

one is physiotherapy
other one give vitamin D drops 400IU daily and follow up after a month

Social smile is there. He can recognize ppl. He is picking up things n transfer them n brings them to mouth aswell.
