Talk to Pediatrician on Should I Stop Giving Formula Milk?

Hi doctors, my son is one years old on morinaga Bf, he keep getting sick after some time so many elders are advising us to switch to cows milk is that a good idea or should we keep giving him formula milk?
after one year u can switch to cows milk but he needs much of a semisloid foods than milk u can give him cerelac mashed potato egg halwa etc
