I am a breastfeeding mother of a 1month old baby. Right after c-section delivery I had a low milk supply. I started taking zeera water 3times a day and hi lacta tablets daily once in a day. I want to ask u is there any side effects of zeera water and hi lacta tablets ? If yes then any alternative? Or kia aagay b continue kar sakti hon?
