avoid antibiotic ... first u mention complete history .. about cough its dry or sputum ..also homeopathic medicine safe for kidz ..

first give detail history, examination and then go for treatment
donot ask any doctor for antibiotic suggestion please... tell us your baby symptom and let us explain you condition.. either it require antibiotic or not.. judicious use of antibiotic is recommended
Dont give antibiotics as not recommended always....
keep more on safe remedies like warm green tea and ilaitchi qehwa
Warm honey water and in case of congestion nebulize with normal saline or hypertonic saline.....
