Talk to Pediatrician on Seizure During Sleep In Morning

Asalam o alikum My son 9 year old had one seizure in morning 7 pm on 13th August 20.

Seizure for 2 to 4 minutes Unconscious for 1 hour

Before seizure: Sleep that night 3 to 4 hours Felt hot and cold bcz of AC. Travelled that day before sleeping, so tired body and less sleep before seizure.

1st EEG : General Epilepsy, variation shown while breathing heavily.

Prescriptions: Epival syrup twice a day. Ginton syrup twive a day.

2nd EEG after 1 month clear CT Brain clear Endocardiography clear Blood CP, clear.

Epival continued along with another Vitamin syrup.

No 2nd seizure.

I want to have 2nd opinion from respected Neuroligists here please, also is thete differwnce between seizure and fits?
